Highly recommend. Clear and simple to read.Excellent layout along with lots of useful graphs, charts and examples. Covers what you need to know about budgeting and scheduling and in a way that doesn't get lost among too many words (like the majority of books out there). An almost essential book for those making their first feature and a highly beneficial book to those who've been there done that but want a good quick reference book that reminds them of the important details and ways to save time and money.
